Q. Can I book a truck for a set time?
A. Yes. We Endeavour to be as close as possible to a booked time. Customer Service Staff will advise you if delays are likely.
Q. How much notice do you need?
A. Usually a couple of hours. Customer Service Staff can provide you with an estimated time of arrival (ETA) at the time of booking.
Q. How do I pay?
A. Non account customers are required to pay for service on the day, either at pick up or destination. We accept cash and cheques,
however we are currently setting up to accept major credit cards. Credit card payments may attract a transaction fee.
Q. Can I pay by Credit Card?
A. Not at this point in time however we have applied to enable acceptance of credit cards.
Q. Do you have Tilt trucks?
A. Yes. We are able to organise a tilt truck service to assist you.
Q. Do you have account facilities; can you send me an invoice?
A. Yes. Account facilities are available on application. Non account customers are required to pay for the service on the day.
